Return Policy

At David & Mila Vancouver, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the terms outlined below.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • A return may only be requested after the item has been physically received.

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees, customs duties, or import charges.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must remain attached and intact.

  • Items may be tried on for fit, but may not be worn beyond fitting purposes.

  • Orders intentionally placed in multiple sizes or variations with the intention of partially returning items are discouraged and may be refused if items are not returned in salebale condition or where abuse is suspected, subject to your satutory rights. 

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Submit a Return Request

Email us at info@davidmilavancouver.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos (if applicable)

2. Receive Return Instructions

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the return address of our supplier (based in china) and packing instructions.

3. Ship the Item

The customer is fully responsible for all return shipping expenses, including any applicable customs duties, import taxes, courier charges, or additional handling fees associated with the return shipment. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with Track & Trace and keeping your proof of postage. 

David & Mila Vancouver is not responsible for returns lost in transit.


Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected at the return adress, we will issue a refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds cover the product price; return shipping and import/customs charges are not refundable. 


Liability & Important Information

  • We are not responsible for lost packages where the carrier's tracking shows the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address was provided, reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Address mistakes must be reported to info@davidmilavancouver.com within 24 hours of placing the order so we can attempt to amend before dispatch (not guaranteed) 

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or external shipping carriers.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact info@davidmilavancouver.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will prioritise a replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights.
